This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to every visitor, wherever you live. Some of the rights described below depend on where you live.
Who we are
This website is operated by Rohini Bhattacharya ("I", "me", "we"), an online fitness coach. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for coaching, we collect your name, email, phone number, location, goals, training history, schedule and any other answers you choose to provide.
Health information you choose to share. The application asks about injuries, medical conditions and medications. This is optional. We use it only to assess fit and plan your coaching safely.
Technical information. Our hosting and security provider processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and approximate location to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. With your application we store your approximate country and region, and a scrambled code made from your IP address that changes daily and is used only to limit spam. We do not store the IP address itself. The spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at browser signals to tell people from bots.
Email. Your answers, including any health information you share, are emailed to the coach so she can reply to you.
How we use information
- To review your application and contact you about coaching
- To deliver and personalize coaching if you become a client
- To protect the site from spam and abuse
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
We use your application details to take the steps you ask for before entering a coaching agreement, and to protect the site under our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. We use health information only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
International transfers
Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where UK or EU law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run this website and our coaching, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and spam protection (Turnstile)
- Resend: delivery of email notifications

Consumer health data
Some US states, including Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, give extra protection to health-related information. We collect health information only with your consent, use it only to provide the coaching you request, never sell it, and will delete it on request.
Retention
Applications that do not become clients are deleted within [12] months, or sooner if you ask. Client records are kept while coaching continues and for up to [7] years afterwards for tax and legal reasons. Health notes are deleted within [12] months after coaching ends.
Your rights
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor these requests for every visitor, wherever you live. If you are in the UK or EU you can also object to or restrict our use of your information, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults 18 and over. Please do not apply if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to the coach. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
